Phil was an excellent representative of my property. He presented it better than I could have done. My first offer went south shortly before completion and unbeknownst to me, he had another waiting.he kept in touch with me and sold for more than I expected. Notably while handling serious health issues with his family. He was well informed and I hearilty recommend him for your real estate needs.

United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine did an excellent job marketing my property for sale. This was a larger woodlot that required specialized preparation, and Phil and his team were able to help facilitate an efficient process until the closing. I would highly recommend them for selling or buying.

I reached out to United Country Lifestyle Properties twice to discuss selling a piece of land I own and never received a response from them. I sent a text directly to Phil’s cell and another text through their website after Phil did not respond to my first text. Not responding to potential customers is very unprofessional and surprising based on the little I know of this company.
