Disclaimer, they made me give them a star. The lady at the pick up was rude, I guess because I’m not her friend. But she was nice to the one that came to pick up while I was picking up that was her friend. She even told her she’d give her a list of the auction items for next auction so she could cherry pick the good stuff and they could auction off the not so good stuff. I would never use this auction company again. There are plenty of good auction companies.

After my sister’s passing, Aeron and Casey took over the online auction of her personal property and later the sale of the home. They did an awesome job with both and was our source for contractors to do minor repairs prior to sale of the home. We live out of town so every legal transaction had to be performed remotely which was arranged by Aeron including closing. He went above and beyond to solve every issue that arose. Definitely a 5 star experience!

They are very organized when you pick up your stuff. However, they used HiBid and listed something I bought as oak. When I picked it up, it was particle board- big difference. They need to be more accurate with what they sell on HiBid. Lucky it was not much money- but it was a waste of money

Great auctions. Clear setup, easy to register, follow, bid and pickup.
