I called on 210 Judy Kay Rd, Stanley, NM 87056, spoke to Myra Oden. This was the rudest meanest realtor I've ever spoke too. She wanted me to submit a offer to even talk about the property. She is NOT helping the people who own the property sell at all. I told her I was cash in hand and concerned about the fact only 5% of the property wasnt in a flood zone and couldn't be built on legally. She heard that and hung up.
