I worked with Roseanna Kuhlman to purchase a house from long distance. She was so great! She answered every question, and got the answers if she didn’t know them. From managing my inspections to the final video walkthrough, she was a champ! I arrived to my new home a few days after closing, seeing it for the first time. It was exactly as represented.
