We just purchased a home on the river in Dolores and had the absolute pleasure of working with Carolyn Hunt to help us through the process. We hit some bumps and challenges along the way and she was right there to help us through even though we were working long distance. Her communication is stellar and her kindness beyond compare. Carolyn Hunt and Bonnie Leighton went above and beyond with selling our property—amazing marketing, mailing hundreds of flyers, bringing beautiful flowers on showing days and providing delicious food for open houses. Despite a lengthy stay on the market (mostly due to a unique high-end home) they always stayed positive and encouraging. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!!

We met Carolyn when we first moved to town and I’m so glad because she is an amazing realtor! She worked tirelessly helping us get showings. She broke down real estate language into terms I could understand. I always felt like she was guiding us in the right direction. We will for sure work with her again in the future if we need it! People like Carolyn make the community we live in a better place :)
