Josh did a great job of helping me find a contractor and serving as the go between for about a year. However, when the reno was done I had to ask multiple times for a contract and ultimately had to move on due to a lack of returned phone calls and texts. Odd.
Was going to list my home with him, but he never showed back up with the sign and contract!!! Bad business practices!
