Agent dose not do basic research to know the restrictions of a property. I went to county 20 min away from this location and got the info in 10 min. Agent was just lazy. Dont recament this company as they employed people who let important information fall threw the crack. Could defiantly get someone screwed buying a property threw this guy. But they could be sued for that if that happened I bet. Still over all big headake to go threw.

My agents were Ryan and Valerie Hubbard. We live 2 hours from this location and prior to the visit I asked numerous question in 8 emails, which were all answered very promptly without making me feel stupid at all about not knowing things. My husband and I made the 2 hour trip and were met by both Ryan and Valerie, who gave us a wonderful tour of the property and explained even more real estate things I didn't know about.
