It was on the market 7 days then their loan failed then he went at it again and it fell thru, but he was inspiring, stuck with it and Here We are Happy with Josh he truly strikes a chord in our Hearts! Tonya was absolutely AMAZING to work with! We definitely were not a couple on the same page when it came to what we were looking for, and Tonya was so patient and understanding! She never made me feel like we were inconveniencing her at any point in time. She even took time during her vacation to help us.
