Heather at the Stephenville location, not sure what her actual job title is, has got to be the most incompetent person I have ever spoken to. Rude, listens to speak, has no actual idea what is going on, and is just an all-around difficult person to hold a conversation with and accomplish anything. What could have been a simple 5-minute or less conversation, she made 15 minutes, and none of it was productive.
