One of the worst company to get tech support from
It’s cool, really spiffy and the employees are great
I work in the transportation industry and tried to speak to someone at United CoolAir about getting added on as a transportation provided but got hung up on twice. Not sure what there customer service is like from consumers but if its anything like the way i was treated business to business then it cant be good.
