They have several regular subcontractors and they do a good job of keeping them coordinated. This might seem like a trifle to some, but the first thing we liked was that Mike showed up on time, did an inspection, and gave us a written bid. The bid amount was fully explained. They got started on the job quickly, completed it on time, and we were very impressed by the fact that the job site was clean every night. Their office manager stayed on top of project changes; and change orders were agreed upon in writing before the change happened. Hired United Construction to do updates throughout the entire house. They did a complete master bath remodel, with special shower wall design. They did flooring, painting and lighting throughout entire house and a partial Kitchen remodel with new appliances and some cabinet work. United Took our master bath down to the studs and raised the ceiling. We liked it so much we remodeled another bath and had them do a couple of other projects. Each time they gave us a fair bid and kept to the estimated completion time.
