Be aware that Melissa only cares as long as you are doing good and are showing up. I missed 2 Fridays in a row due to other commitments. I didn’t have the energy to talk to anyone so my phone was on dnd and I missed a phone call from her on both days. The next day I show up, she calls me out in a very unprofessional and rude way in front of everyone in group and makes me feel even worse than I already did.
