They don't even deserve one star. Our expenses are $139,000 over budget, more than 30%, with out an reasonable explanation. They will consistently email the Board President's lies and propaganda about what has taken place to all the residents but have no accountability. Because of our President's actions our association was fined $2600 for not following the same procedures that our president insists everyone must follow. It's ashame you can't give ZERO stars for this pathetic company! Not only are the clowns in the Palm Beach Gardens office unknowable, unprofessional, and USELESS, the VP Sharon Caputo is the same! Apparently they train there employees to be this way.. makes sense. I HIGHLY ADVISE NOT TO HIRE THIS COMPANY TO MANAGE YOUR COMMUNITY EVERRR!! poor customer service. managers do not visit properties. poorly run. poor results. not happy at all with them.
The worst company ever. They hv no customer service they hang up in your face. Beatrice that works there is very unprofessional. Kathy Martinez does not respond to emails or calls at all even for emergencies. DO NOT USE THEM EVER
United Community Management Corp is one of the worst ran management companies I have ever dealt with. The lack of common knowledge that is displayed within the walls of the management office is at times laughable. At the high point this community was one of the most sought after communities in Coral Springs. Currently it is a renters nightmare (both for owners as well as renters).
