Always a thorough and comprehensive visit with Kathleen Shemberger, Nurse Practitioner.
Doctors are great. Front office staff is not good. No one answers the phone nor do they call back when leaving a message. Very frustrating to deal with when getting medication refills. They are not dependable or reliable. Doctors often don't even know that patients can't get what they need. Front office keeps that information from them.
