I am a diabetic, I have called ucfs on Monday and left a message for my doctor about my blood sugar levels being around 400. Thursday still no call back from her. I received a call about changing a different appointment and reminded them that I still have not heard from my doctor and I would like to speak to her about my glucose levels being so high , yet again… No call back !! This is very unprofessional!

This facility needs help/attention. The staff are all very friendly. Turnover is high. Happiness and satisfaction are low. Setting requirements for 60+ clients for a behavioral health care provider each week is clearly not putting the focus on care or health. It shows. Sadly you start to feel like a number and not a patient here. "Chrun em and burn em" mentality from management. We love our pediatrician there. She’s so kind and listens to us and treats our whole family with respect.
