Great customer service is clearly part of the culture at every United Community location. This was my first visit to this branch and I was treated as if we'd been friends for years. They were very welcoming and I was in and out in no time.
I have banked with United Community for 35 years, there customer service has always been top notch.
When I entered the bank everyone was so friendly.It felt like I was visiting someone’s home. The employees were very professional but still they were gracious, kind and friendly. They were very eager to help me.The young lady who did help me was remarkable, she was like a breath of fresh air when you walked into the bank. She took care of me, she was very efficient and she got the job done in a minimal amount of time. It was a very good experience just to go onto that bank.
I must truly say, I am pleased that I have chosen, the staff there listened, Gina Sneed was very polite, and caring, I am glad to part of United Community Bank Family
