Literally the worst bank in the state. Rudest staff ever and made me feel like a criminal for trying to take money out of my account. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I opened an account with a large sum check. Bank Manager Talib was incredibly helpful and polite. I had many questions that he answered with knowledge.
Brandon Pierce at United Community was a godsend. He was compassionate and kind. When approached concerning a customer with memory issues, he was able to assist in identifying the steps required to manage his account.
Brandon was extremely helpful while being caring and considerate of our needs. Talib wanted to make sure that they would help us in any manner in which we needed. I would give 10 stars if I could
