2 Star : Likely to Recommend My original issue was done correctly but I was told the jerking sound was motor mounts and trasmission mount. T hat was a missed diagnoises. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality The original work was done nicely but I dont think they fixed the secondary problems 5 Star : Customer Service I was worried I wasn't going to receive updates on the repairs and I did.
