Don’t waste your money or Passes. If it is free it’s ok. Very very underwhelming food options compared To even the basic lounges . United should not run lounges like this which are dated and no Basic good food options like the other longes. Airport seating is way better that the lounge
Food is so so but close to concourse F, drink variety is limited, seats are comfortable
This is truly a poor lounge. The carpet is old and stained. The food is very iffy looking and a pathetic selection of cheap wraps and cheese cubes. The bartender looks like he’d rather be anywhere but here. They let in everyone and their brother who has any credit card or tiny bit of status- so no seats are available ever. The furniture is old and ripped. I felt depressed.
