The terminal walkway area is actually nicer than the lounge itself. the restrooms were incredibly dirty.
Never been to this lounge until today. Wow.. broken down and filthy. Horrific selection and both staff I tried to ask to refill coffee didn’t understand English. This will definitely affect my next trip to San Francisco. And do get me started on my Butts to Nutz first class seat. Do better United!
Military/Servicemembers - do you want reimbursement for entry denial? The United Clubs in San Francisco are NOT in compliance with official United policy. There is ZERO public policy posted that requires you or the government to book a government fare ticket for access! If you file a complaint with customer service, you can be reimbursed for entry denial under this reasoning. Please do so in order to highlight the unprofessional policies of the SFO locations.
Amazing lounge..smooth and fast entry..good spead of food where there are enough options for non vegetarian, vegetarian and vegan.. Good staff..
Excellent lounge in all terms. Right from fast entry, variety of food for vegan, vegetarian and Non Vegetarian. Lots of option for drinks. Staff are good and they keep clearing tables very fast. Though it was crowded but seats get cleared very fast.
