The terminal walkway area is actually nicer than the lounge itself. the restrooms were incredibly dirty.
Never been to this lounge until today. Wow.. broken down and filthy. Horrific selection and both staff I tried to ask to refill coffee didn’t understand English. This will definitely affect my next trip to San Francisco. And do get me started on my Butts to Nutz first class seat. Do better United!
