Really disappointed. I came for the much anticipated gelato machine and it was simply not stocked. No notice before entering either so I wasted a pass. Called United Clubs customer service and they just dismissed that as a legitmate issue. No responses on the emails.
It's a small place. The staff is absolutely excellent. Joey at the desk helped us navigate an issue; he was great.
Kind of small for this suze airport, and limited food selection compared to other United clubs.
Nice seating areas. Especially the balcony Clean. Friendly bar tenders Gelato machine is pretty amazing. You have to try it Food quality has been getting better. Can get crowded sometimes
裡面居然有台自己做Gelato的機器！我第一次玩這東西，覺得很方便欸😂 跟膠囊咖啡機很類似，可以自己選gelato膠囊的口味，放進去按按鍵就可以獲得一杯Gelato了！重點是他做出來的口感很細緻欸！很可以！大家要是去貴賓室有看到這台記得要去試試😂 當天是早上七點多的飛機，我們五點就在好冷的機場等貴賓室開門😂等的人很多。一早的United club其實不錯，雖然沒酒可喝，但該有的illy咖啡和早餐熱食們還是可以的👌
