I am writing to share a very concerning experience at the United Club. During check-in, the front desk staff member (a white female employee) displayed a noticeably impatient and unwelcoming attitude. We were traveling in business class, and my father uses a wheelchair. Despite this, we were repeatedly rushed and spoken to in a way that felt unnecessarily abrupt and pressuring. What could I say about the world class united lounge of honolulu that hasn't already been said? Oh yeah, I know. Philip is a real stinker. Everyone else was great. I took this girl to the lounge to impress her but Philip made me look like a buffoon. My fiance and I stopped here before boarding our flight to Houston. The receptionists were very sweet. The severs were attentive. The food was hot, very clean atmosphere. I would give the entire experience 5 stars, if it wasn't for Philip the bartender. He made both of us feel so unwelcome. Like we were an inconvenience for just existing.
