Don't go to this dealership. Terrible customer service. No professionalism. Untrained staff at its finest.. I've never seen a dealership call someone 43 times to try to get them to buy their car. You guys must be going bankrupt.. the desperation is real, the car i was looking at turned out to be a complete auction junk box. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL GET SCREWED ON ANYTHING USED. This is probably the best auto dealer in NYC! All staff members are well qualified and very collaborative. And I can especially give the 5 stars to Fernando! If you want someone to hear what's your expectations from a car, and give you the best model/offer, go there and ask for him! You will be satisfied!
