Michael T. Bell was a very knowledgeable salesperson and explained everything that was going on behind the scenes and all the new features of the vehicle. He met us at the door and was a very gracious person offering us a drink and snack. Second time at United in Jacksonville, IL and it sure won't be my last. Michael Bell helped us through the purchase every step of the way. This man is the kindest soul and went out of his way to make sure we could get rolling with a reliable vehicle. Hands down, if you're looking for a ride, stop by and see him!
