I just had my first experience with UCC and it wasn’t good. Our alarm at business went off again and we were NOT notified. This also happened two days ago. We, the owners, are generally notified immediately. We’ve had monitoring for years. When I called to inquire I spoke with Adrian, a manager (?). She was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken with. I wish I was told about how horrible this company was before joining. They will find a way to fire you even if it’s their fault. So many technical issues and they don’t help their clients. I’ve had to be yelled at by so many customers because they don’t train their other employees to get techs out to properties. Cameras are always down too. Got fired for a technical issue on their end, they don’t bother getting it checked before firing me and didn’t pay out sick time.
