You guys should really train your people better. I just got a call from UCC asking to put my fire system on test (or at least I think that’s what he said because he was talking so fast and sounded annoyed). I told him I haven’t been in the security industry for at least 7 years and he just hung up on me. Not the best interaction you want from people who are involved in customer service.
