The seats are cramped, the food is overpriced and not enough choices, and the screens are too small. They could at least magnify the images on-screen. I love the bulls so if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be there. Go bulls
We have been HAWKS season ticket holders for 20+ years and never have we been more disappointed with the new admission process. One of the fans in our party presented his ticket via iPhone and it wouldn't scan... and was required to stand in an additional line for about a half hour which resulted in our entire party missing the first goal and 15 minutes of the first period. FIX THIS PROBLEM before preseason ends!!! PLEASE!!!!!!

It's beautiful and the technological upgrade are amazing, especially the led screens outside, that was was cool. My one beef is the Jordan statue was not available, not cool!
Yesterday was my first time experiencing the BMO Harris Club! It was awesome, great food, great seats, great service! Hope to be back soon!
