RecommendedSeats in the upper section and the back of the auditorium feels far away from the stage. Over all a good experience.
Great staff, great place, great view no matter where your sitting. Huge place with great food and clean bathrooms. Everything is organized and the chaos is minimum compared to other places. Also, Twenty One Pilots did a great job of making everyone in the huge crowd included no matter how close or far away they were from the stage.
RecommendedIf I have to watch the Winnipeg Jets kick the Chicago Blackhawks again I am going to throw up. Every game I go to it makes me upset. I have not seen many games that they have won! So happy that my brothers have been going to the games!
Took my kids to the Hawks game last night. So blown away at how much fun we had. Treated great by everyone from security to vendors. Great job united center, we will come back�

Your staff members (security and tickets) are deplorable. Totally clueless. You are a joke. You'll stay in business because of the teams and concerts you host and that's the only reason why. Maybe send one of your higher ups on an efficiency workshop or like...any kind of workshop. Figure it out.

It's 2016 for Christ's sake, make a smart educated management decision about getting Electric Charging stations. There are government grants to help you install as a business. Wake up and work with the neighborhood. Don't use the excuse of no parking garages. And I didn't check with Malcolm X college to see if they had one but either way I'm not a student there.
