Never showed up for appointment. They had the courtesy to call and cancel but it takes ALOT of prep for me to schedule a carpet cleaning. I would have liked the courtesy of a reschedule but maybe I was too nice because they seem to be avoiding my calls. Please don't use this company since professionalism doesn't seem to matter. worst part is my service is already paid for since I bought a Groupon.
I recently bought a voucher for pressure washing from Amazon Local and called a couple times and left a message to set up an appointment. I waited a few days for a response that never came. I kept calling back and got the same message. Finally, I decided one last try and I would give up. Someone answered but she didn't sound like someone who typically answers the phone.
