Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond. Julie (owner) personally came over to inspect the issue and again on the day an employee came over to fix the issue. I will use United Carpet with any future floor upgrades.
Last year my husband and I purchased a new home. We opted to remove the carpeting installed for a better, higher grade carpet. The owner, Julie and her staff member came to our home to inspect the current carpet and assisted us with selecting a nicer, more durable carpet. The professional installers did a terrific job.
