This company was great until something went wrong. There was a small patch of carpet that looked like a hole and their patch job was HORRIBLE! I have a wall to wall dark seam in my living room and they refuse to correct it. I just bought a brand new home and this is horrible! According to some of my neighbors they have done it to them also. DONT USE THIS VENDOR!
This is a Fabulous locally owned business and I would recommend using them again for new carpet and laminate. The salesperson, Julie, was extremely knowledgable about the products and helped me with colors. The installers were clean cut, on time, worked hard and did some extra stuff for me. And their warranties were the best I have seen, and I shopped at Home Depot, Lowe's and A & M before buying from them.
