I had a very complex carpet installation with a pattern that I insisted had to be perfect once installed. The team at United Carpet took their time to ensure the installation went absolutely flawless. Everything from sales to installation was completely seamless, professional, and done to perfection! Derek, and his team of installers went above and beyond not only ensuring the pattern was perfect, but with little to NO damage to the walls & moldings. GREAT JOB!!
Geoff was a great salesman taking his time with me and giving me time in choosing my new carpet style and color. The installation was great and I’m very pleased with Danny’s work. This is a highly recommended store and very easy to find on Culver Road in Rochester.
Best experience, ever. The staff are totally focused on customer service.
