Excellent Service provided at my dealership service department
I went to the and complained that my truck, 2017 F150, was pausing b during acceleration and when driving between 15 and 25 mph in would pulse. The repair folks at Kendall Ford took one day and told me that the torque converter was bad and would need to be replaced. At this point I was very t thankful that they had offered me a maintenance contract whi c h I purchased. I got th r truck back yesterday and it is a new driving experience.
