They were great about scheduling the appointment for the estimate. We have a lot of projects for our home. The guy they sent over to provide the estimate stayed less than 15 minutes, not taking the time to even look at all the repairs that needed to be done. He left, never heard from them again. Update & new project - March 2025: In August last year we had a sink overflow that that ruined walls & ceilings on our main and basement levels. We again called UCC and following the repair, we had them renovate our master bathroom and kitchen. The repairs were fairly simple, but done well. The "new" bath was done very well with their expert tiler doing a masterful job of tiling the floor and wainscot. My husband and I have been clients of UCC since 2018. Since that time, we have used UCC to oversee a variety of projects, to include multiple bathroom remodels. Also, UCC has "rescued" us over the years - redoing work started by a "crooked" contractor, installing an outdoor spiral staircase that another contractor refused to complete, and - more recently - water damage restoration. We have since used UCC to do remodeling, and we have recommended them to many of our friends and family. Thanks, UCC!!!
We hired United Capital Construction to renovate our small primary upstairs bathroom. They provided a prompt estimate and were able to schedule a start date within a reasonable timeframe. They started right on time and worked daily until the project completion, which was within their estimate for the amount of time it would take.
