This Bank does not deliver what it says to its customer. My partner and I have paid over 5000 dollars in fees for an ATM card and the card was supposed to have worked with in 7 business days and it's been almost a month and the card is still not working. My partner has been stranded in his car for over two weeks without having access to his money. All the bank can say is wait while he is suffering.
