I have managed our company bank accounts with UBB for about five years. While our primary branch is in Seattle, I sometimes talk with the folks at the California branch for support items such as getting new users set up for check scanning. They also reach out to me if there are unusual transactions/odd signatures and they do a good job at this control. We’ve been very happy with the customer support over the years.
Worst company to get a loan. Made me pay $4000 prepayment plenty and wouldn’t even waive off $127 late fee, when I said I had never been late on the payment and I been trying to get hold of you guys to make an arrangement, Loan officer said“ its part of the contract sir, I can’t waive it.” Fortunately, I will be done with them soon. Wouldn’t even give 1 star.
