Building a house can be an incredibly stressful journey, but having the right team in your corner makes all the difference. A huge shoutout to Courtney and Ron, who are absolutely wonderful to work with. Right from our first meeting, they were incredibly personable, welcoming, and down-to-earth. It never felt like a cold business transaction; they truly took the time to listen to our needs and made us feel like a priority
Visited on my way through town everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. I’m not ready to build but i know where i will be doing when i am.
I was frustrated. I’d been turned down on an existing home offer. My financial advisor suggested I call Ron Olsen a high school friend with UBH. I was leary of building a home but Ron and his boss Ron Cassell immediately put me at ease. We were moving along in the process when the seller calls me back from my offer and I ended up buying it. I felt bad as UBH had really spent time with me. But boy they were truly glad I was able to buy a house and immediately move in. If I build a house I’ll sure give them a call.
