We just signed to have our home built by UBH! Juan and Caleb at the Terrell office went above and beyond expectations of construction administrators…would do it again! Thank you Juan and Caleb forall of your exceptional efforts
Juan at UBH in Terrell Tx is amazing and gave us new hope on building a new home when we were giving up. Caleb is very well detailed and will breakdown the process of the loan and building process. Very knowledgeable and a voice of a country singer. Both of them together got are process started and rolling in 3 days of meeting them. They said that was a record lol it really beats having all your finances in order. We will be building soon.
Juan and Caleb are great at explaining the process and answering all of our questions. They are easy to contact and respond times are great! We are very happy with our decision to use UBH and recommend them to anyone looking to build.
Chris did an outstanding job on my build. This was a man that picked up the phone anytime of day or night whenever I had questions about anything! He went above and beyond every step of the way from start to finish. Highly recommend UBH and Chris. He knocked this build out of the park!
