We really enjoyed doing business with UBH, the guy that worked with us on the whole thing Chad Blankenship was super helpful night and day even weekends. Chad was very professional and didn’t mind explaining things that we did not understand. This Process took longer than we had expected as first one one home buyers but we talked to others about it and quickly found out it actually came along in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to buy a home.
