We had a far better experience working with John and his team than we ever did with other contractors. We had a disappointing experience with our previous roofing company, but when it came time to replace our roof and windows, John made the process completely seamless. He helped us choose the exact style and materials we wanted, and everything was handled with care and attention to detail. From start to finish, it was a true white-glove experience. A first-class job all around. Thank you United!

Unfortunately it was not a great experience overall. From the beginning there was conversation about significant siding and trim needing to be replaced. Those things were not included in on the original contract which provided a false estimate for the project. Additionally, they had my partner, who does not own the home in any way shape or form sign the contract.
