A rotten company to deal with ! They have TONS of small print in their contracts and then use subcontractors to do the fireplace installs that sit in your living room and read the directions on how to install the unit. It took me a YEAR and $1,000.00 to get my money back from them after requesting it ONE WEEK after the install because it wasn't the unit I originally wanted.
