overall food experience! was accommodate in a short notice to check the engine light. was provided Uber ride to office and back! and service was also done nicely. And while waiting, they have very good coffee bar and snacks. John Valencia is my service advisor, takes good care of your car.
I needed new tires on our 2029 X5 and our service agent Andrea did a great job helping set up the appointment getting a loaner arranged and the work was done as scheduled and at the quoted price

Had some prior damage to rear wheels from previous owner, United BMW did a great job refinishing both wheels. They look like new.
