I donated at a mobile vitalant location and when they called to get me to come in again and I was given the propt to opt out of future calls there was a guilt trip recording to get you back.
They do not pay for donations. Lame. Centers in California should pay at least $60-$70 per plasma donation. Not cool, the rich want our blood but don’t even want to pay for it!
I recently had an incredible customer service experience that I cannot stop raving about. Lindsay and the team went above and beyond to help me, and I was blown away by their level of care and attention. I felt supported every step of the way, and I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional service. I highly recommend them!
