The staff are so friendly respectful and kind and are very willing to work around your busy schedule and move appointments around when needed I love going to vitalant they are the only place I trust to donate blood
This company calls our phones all the time and we have told them that we can't donate but they call anyway. We have gotten to the point that we blocked their numbers. It's very frustrating that they don't respect people.
First I believe in giving blood, period. They people at the center are great friendly and quick as possible. The corporate however are shady!! Think they would tell the center, we aren't sending cards out ever. They got to download app, redeem points, go thru hostile customer service. Guess after your thru it, if you do something other than just donate whole blood, it's worth it. But don't expect vilatant to be honest online or on the phone.
