Great staff, never had an issue with staff here, or when I lived in Phoenix. They are attentive and will monitor your status on the machines. They offer to bring you more snacks/drinks if you need them, especially with a platelet/plasma donation as they can be 2 hours.

I donate blood regularly and went To donate here (my first time with vitalant) they went through the entire process inputting me in the computer and even pricking my finger to check my Hemoglobin Only to go through all that and have them tell me they can’t take my blood because I have ingrown hairs… I shave my arms so that happens and I’ve never had anyone not take my donation because of it. Basically, they said it’s a risk to have your child in the same room with you because we have to do a fingerprint so unless the nurse or phlebotomist/person taking blood is a complete moron, which it sounded like she was or retarded, then she was saying she would stab my daughter Because it’s unsafe and she can’t trust herself. Usually a pleasant experience, despite the vampire attacks. Free snacks when they have finished with you.
