Great pleasant Crew, They make the "donation a pleasant experience
Super nice and professional people here. Never had an issue with anyone. The center is clean, welcoming, and very organized. Staff made sure I understood every step of the process. They checked in with me through the blood donation and made sure I was ok. The staff here are true hero’s and thanking every one of them for the difference they make every day. This is the absolute best place to go!
My experience on Vitalant was terrible, the person that drew me blood gave me a big bruise, it seem that she didn’t know how to do her job, I know that my vein weren’t thick enough but their was no excuse for her to leave me that bruise. If she wasn’t sure how to do her job she should’ve ask her someone to take over. This person was not professional at all, and she shouldn’t be working there, the person that she is going to be attended by her is in danger.
