Hello, we have had a horrendous experience with ubh. Read the entrire review to see if you can make a very costly warranty claim to ubh. We have documented build issues since the very beginning. I have a background in home construction and was on the lookout for shoddy work. Anytime poor workmanship came up I documented it with video and pictures. We paid 100% cash to have our home built 18 months ago and still don't have a completed home. We contact them week in and week out and get a run around. We had 8 contract supervisors during our build. There were numerous things that were not correct starting with the squaring of the foundation to the windows being installed incorrectly and everything in between like not having the A/c breaker correct. We really enjoyed doing business with UBH, the guy that worked with us on the whole thing Chad Blankenship was super helpful night and day even weekends. Chad was very professional and didn’t mind explaining things that we did not understand. This Process took longer than we had expected as first one one home buyers but we talked to others about it and quickly found out it actually came along in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to buy a home.
My daughter Haly had used Theresa before so she brought me to see her to talk about building a home. I was impressed by the first sit-down and am now await them to start the build. The process was easy, Mrs. Knapp explained everything well and it has been a smooth process. Highly recommend Mrs. Knapp and United Built Beaumont when you are ready to build your dream home!!
Can’t say enough about Sheryl and Stephen. They have walked us through each step of the process. We are excited to get started. This will be my son’s first home and we are all so excited. Definitely recommend UBH.
Our experience with UBH has been wonderful. My son is building his first home. Sheryl & Steven have been very helpful and have walked him through every stage of the process. We just closed and will be breaking ground very soon. We live on the property, so we will be able to follow the build which is exciting. My son is 23 and probably wouldn’t have been able to build a house if not for UBH.
In finding United Built Homes on Facebook, we had the pleasure of meeting Mrs.Theresa in Beaumont Texas, who has took the time to go over everything & anything of what is asked..Wow what such decisions we have on every aspect of our house inside & out instead of buying someone else's plan We are super excited & can't wait...definitely recommend Thank you for making our dreams come true❤
They are asking to sign the final document on the home. There are toilets, cabinets, carpet, etc missing. It is in no way in a living condition! They are way behind the schedule and we are already paying the mortgage on the home! RUN, RUN RUN as fast as you can from this company!
Our United Bilt Home will be 1 yr old in August. So far we are VERY pleased. With all projects there are "bumps" along the way through out the construction of the house but with mutual communication, all issues were worked out. Brenda in the Beaumont TX office was fantastic in helping us!! We are very happy with our house and United Bilt Homes.
