AMAZING! This bank is truly amazing! The personnel and employees of this company are very friendly! Everyone is happy to be working at this bank. I can sense it from the point I walk in the front doors, I am kindly greeted by all the banking staff ( many of whom I know)! This bank does a tremendous job with Customer Service and keeping their bankers and other office personnel happy. Property Manager I agree that everyone is "friendly" at this bank , but unfortunately I have a very different story about this facade. Two employees of this bank engaged in what appears to be a mortgage fraud scheme along with an outside third party. This bank maintains no wrongdoing by their employees, however this fraud scheme has left an elderly, disabled senior citizen living in poverty while paying the fraudulent mortgage this bank's employees processed using false income infromation provided to them by this unauthorize... read more

BEWARE!!!!!!!THIS BANK ENCOURAGES THEIR MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER, KELLY BONNER TO EXPLOIT THE ELDERLY. BONNER ACCEPTED FALSIFIED INFORMATION FROM RAY SHARPE AND LYNN MARIE WARREN AND PROCESSED A FRAUDULENT LOAN ON MY FATHER'S HOME. AFTER STRUGGLING TO PAY THE PAYMENTS FOR 5 YEARS, THE HOME WAS LOST TO FORECLOSURE. AFTER AN FDIC INVESTIGATION BONNER WAS EXONERATED!!!!!!THEIR MISSION IS ELDER EXPLOITATION!!!!!!!

BEWARE of this bank!! My elderly father was the victim of elder exploitation by two of this bank's employees who co-operated with a convicted felon who had recently been released from prison. The trio deceived my father into mortgaging his home and lost to forclosure! The bank takes NO responsibility for the reckless conduct of it's employees, infact they exonerated the 2 for their expertise! This bank should be investigated!!
