Worst and racist customer service. I wanted to deposit a check for my travel reimbursements, but when I went to a teller who is a lady in her 50s,she asked me what I did get the check and whether is was a fraud! I told her I have never committed any fraud and it was for my travel reimbursements. She then told me with a suspicious look I will not be able to cash the check until five days. I cannot understand why this bank does not consider the client's specimen signature on file. I walked under the scorching heat of the sun and skip my work a few hours just to file for the change of address. Unbelievably, Leah Bonfil or the girl who attended me, requires either my passport or my Drivers License ID. She even sarcastically said, usually the people here has a driver's license when I said I do not have. What if I don't have a license yet since I am an international student? It is not that easy! The employees are rude. The employees like to gossip about how much money people have in their accounts. You can never be in and out, because the employees talk amoung themselves.
Great staff, they go the extra mile all the time. I am grateful to have them here in Weyers Cave. They stock $2 bills! Whatever my needs, I haven't felt like I had to jump through hoops to get what I want.
