Excellent service by well informed and professional employees! I have every confidence that my assets with this branch and company are in the best of hands and I am grateful for their service.
This branch is awful. They can’t even explain how processing works and that there is NO PROCESSING on the weekends. How as a teller do you not know this? And how is it that more than one of the tellers are saying that an automatic transfer would go through immediately. Absolutely no processing happens on the weekends. If an automatic transfer is set up and it falls on a weekend it will not be in the other persons bank until Tuesday. Worst bank to bank with. Very rude workers. Bank there for long time. Now all of sudden since they have new group running it have to move to another bank can't get along with them. Not cashing checks being rude to kids. Will be moving on to find more friendly bank that value there customers instead of treating me like trash!!!!
